At registration Level 2, suppliers are required to upload audited company's financial documents for the last three years. Please note, these financial documents must be audited.
What information should the financial documents contain?
The financial documents uploaded on UNGM should include the following information:

Signed audit report;

Balance sheet;

Profit and loss account (income statement);

Statement of opinion;
-
Notes to accounts.
How are the financial documents treated in UNGM?
UNGM understands that suppliers may be reluctant to disclose their financial documents.
On UNGM, financial documents are considered sensitive information and are therefore treated confidentially. Only a restricted number of UN staff members have access to suppliers' financial documents on UNGM.
Instructions to complete the Level 2 registration

Suppliers are advised to update annually their financial documents on UNGM;

Financial documents should be provided in English. If an original document is not in English, suppliers are required to upload a document translated by an external independent certified translator (a third party that is not affiliated with your company.). The documents translation completed by a third party is accepted. The form has to have an official stamp or signature.
