To remove a document in UNGM, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and log into your UNGM account using your email address and password.
2. Go to My Documents in the navigation menu.
3. To remove one or multiple document(s), tick the Delete checkbox next to the document and click on the Delete button.
Click on Yes to confirm deletion.
4. If a document is in use (for example, it is attached to the Level 1 registration), suppliers will not be able to delete the document from the My Documents section.
In this case, suppliers are required to go to the section where the document is attached and click on the (remove) link. Then, the document may be removed from the My Documents section.

Documents uploaded under My Documents will not be visible to UN staff members unless these are attached to a registration form.
