Once UNGM has reviewed the duplicate account case, suppliers will be contacted by UNGM.

If UNGM informs that the old account has been maintained (UNGM account with the lower UNGM number), no action needs to be taken by the supplier.

If UNGM informs that the most recent account has been maintained (UNGM account with the higher UNGM number), action needs to be taken by the supplier.
As the account was under review, the registration was not submitted to UN organizations. This also applies in cases of false duplicates, where an account was mistakenly considered as a potential duplicate.
Suppliers will be required to check their submissions. If suppliers are registered with 0 UN organizations, they need to manually submit their registration to UN organizations.
To manually submit the registration to UN organizations, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Dashboard from the navigation menu. Click on Submit your profile under My UNGM Registration.
Or click on My Submissions Statuses under Registration at Basic Level in the navigation menu.
2. Click on Submit next to each UN organization. The registration will automatically be submitted to these UN organizations.
