The UNGM database of suppliers and individual consultants is confidential. Access to account details is restricted to UNGM staff members and authorized personnel.
To maintain the integrity of the database and ensure a smooth procurement process, suppliers and individual consultants are required to register only once on UNGM.
To prevent duplicate accounts, the system systematically compares the information provided during account creation with existing entries in the database. If similar or identical information is found, the system will display an error message.
Here is what to do in such cases:
Suppliers
To verify if your company or entity is already registered, input your supplier name, license number, and country in the corresponding fields on the supplier account creation page.
If a red warning message appears, such as:
- "A supplier with this name is already registered [...]", or
- "An account with similar information already exists [...]",
This indicates that a company or entity with the same or similar information may already exist in the UNGM database. Suppliers are strongly advised to interrupt the registration process upon encountering a warning message to avoid creating duplicate accounts.
What to do next?
Suppliers should immediately contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre and provide the following details:
- Supplier name
- License number
- Country or territory where the supplier is established
UNGM will investigate whether an account already exists and provide guidance on how to proceed.
Individual Consultants
If your email address is already associated with an account on UNGM, the system will notify you during the account creation process.
