After completing the registration at the Basic level, a message informing that the system suspects that the account is a duplicate account may be displayed above the registration progress bar.
What does it mean?
To avoid confusion in the procurement process, suppliers are required to register only once on UNGM. The UNGM portal systematically compares the information provided upon registration with existing accounts in the database, to prevent the creation of duplicate accounts.
This message informs that one or more account(s) with the same information or similar information already exist(s) in UNGM.
How does it impact the supplier's registration?
UNGM needs to review the case to avoid the creation of duplicate accounts, creating confusion in subsequent procurement processes.
The review process should take up to 2-3 days. During the review process, the supplier will not be able to participate in procurement opportunities.
Suppliers are kindly asked to not register again.
Need urgent assistance?
