For any questions regarding a specific procurement opportunity published on UNGM, suppliers are kindly requested to directly contact the UN procurement officer in charge of the procurement opportunity or the UN organization issuing the procurement opportunity.
The UN procurement officers' contact details are provided under the Contacts tab of the procurement opportunity. The Contact tab may alternatively include the details of a generic email address from the UN organization's procurement unit or the mechanism by which questions are processed; for example, an e-procurement system.

Suppliers are kindly informed that the UNGM Secretariat is not in charge of the procurement opportunities published by UN organizations on UNGM. The UNGM Secretariat is therefore not in a capacity to provide clarifications on the tender documentation, provide feedback on a procurement exercise status, or on a proposal/bid submission.
