When completing the registration form, Trade Promotion Organizations (TPOs) are required to upload a Statute document in English. This document refers to an official document proving the Governmental organization's legal existence and its mandate/mission. A signed official letter may be accepted instead of a Statute document.
To upload the TPO's Statute document, follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on Registration in the navigation menu, and go to the Supporting information tab.
2. Upload the Statute document in English by clicking on Select file.
3. Click on Add files from your computer and select the document.
4. Add a description and then click on Start to upload the document. The progress bar will load until the document has been successfully uploaded.
5. Once the upload is complete, click on Use this file.
6. The TPO's Statute document is now successfully attached to the registration form. Click on the Save blue button.
7. This Registration submission pop-up window will automatically appear. Click on Submit registration to send it for revision and approval.
Note: Once the account has a Registered status, making changes to the English name, entity type, country, or statute document will revert the registration status to Submitted. Moreover, access to the Vendor Search will be revoked until the account is returned to a Registered status.
