Users may add and remove contacts from the accounts at any time. However, a contact from a TPO's account may only be removed when the account contains at least three contacts, as two are required for the registration on the Trade Promotion Portal.
It is advisable to add at least one general email address as a contact, i.e. info@trademission.com.
To add additional contacts to the Trade Promotion Organization's (TPO) account on UNGM, follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on Registration in the navigation menu and on the Contacts tab.
2. Click on Invite another user under the Pending invitations section.
3. Provide the contact's email address, select the contact's preferred language, and add a personalized message. Click on Send invitation.
4. The invitee will receive an invitation via email.
5. When clicking on the invitation link, the invitee will be required to complete a registration form. Click on Save and accept the pop-up message.
5. Repeat this procedure for additional contacts.
