Completing the registration is a necessary step for Trade Promotion Organizations (TPOs) to access the Trade Promotion Portal functionalities. Remember that this type of registration:
- does not allow users to participate in procurement opportunities published on UNGM, and
- is subject to approval by the UNGM Secretariat.
To complete the TPO registration form, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and log into your UNGM account using your email address and password.
2. Click on the Registration link in the navigation menu.
3. Complete the registration form section by section.
General
Under the General section, provide general information about the organization, including the name in English of the TPO.
Click on Save to move to the next section and the current tab will turn green.
Address
Under the Address section, provide the address information of the organization.
Click on Save to move to the next section and the current tab will turn green.
Country
Under the Country section, provide information about the country they represent and the geographical scope.
Click on Save to move to the next section and the current tab will turn green.
Contacts
Under the Contacts section, provide the contact details. To complete this section, please note that two different focal points must be provided.
- Complete the first contact details by clicking on the Complete button.
Add the details and click on the Save button.
- Click on Invite another user to add a second focal point to the account. It is highly recommended to provide at least one generic email address. For example: info@trademission.com.
When another contact has been invited, the Contacts tab will turn green.
Click on Save to move to the next section.
Supporting information
Under the Supporting information section, TPOs are required to:

Upload a Statute document or any other official document that proves the Governmental organization's legal existence and its mandate/mission. A signed official letter may be accepted in lieu of a Statute document;

Select the company membership type, either voluntary or mandatory and;

Provide information about the TPOs mission/ mandate.
At the bottom, additional documents may also be uploaded by clicking on Add additional documents.
4. When clicking on the Save button from the Supporting information tab, a registration submission pop-up will appear on screen. Click on Submit registration to send the form for review.
The review process may take a few days. contact UNGM using the contact form on this Help Center to expedite the review process. The current status may always be checked on the Dashboard.
