Users may add and remove contacts from the accounts at any time. However, a contact from a TPO's account may only be removed when the account contains at least three contacts, as two are required for the registration on the Trade Promotion Portal.
It is advisable to add at least one general email address as a contact, i.e. info@trademission.com. All contacts under the same UNGM account have the same ownership over the account.
To manage the account's contact details, login to your UNGM account and follow these steps.
Add a contact
1. Click on Registration in the navigation menu, and go to the Contacts tab.
2. Click on Invite another user under the Pending invitations section.
3. Introduce the user's email address, the preferred language and a personalized message. Then click on Send invitation.
3. The invitee will receive an invitation via email. When clicking on the invitation link, the invitee will be required to complete a registration form. Click on Save and accept the pop up message.
Edit a contact
Contact details may be edited at any time by clicking on Edit next to the contact's name. Users are only able to edit only their own contact details.
Remove a contact
To remove a contact, go to the Contacts tab and click on Deactivate next to the contact's name. Confirm the action in the pop-up message.
Pending invitations may also be canceled by clicking on Cancel.
