If the "Express Interest" button appears in grey and cannot be clicked, it means that the button is in read-only mode. This indicates that the option to express interest in the procurement opportunity has been disabled.
When hovering the mouse over the grey button, the user will see the reason for this situation.
The Express Interest button is disabled in the following cases:
Electronic submissions through e-procurement systems are not accepted
This specific procurement opportunity requires submission by hard copy or email. The instructions to participate in the procurement opportunity are provided in the procurement opportunity details and/or documentation.
The account is not registered with the organization issuing the procurement opportunity
Either the registration on UNGM has not been finalized or the profile does not match the organization according to the UNSPSC codes selected in the registration form. In case of any doubt, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form on the Help Centre.
The supplier has mistakenly registered as a Trade Promotion Organization
The registration as a Trade Promotion Organization on UNGM does not allow participation in any procurement opportunities. Consequently, this type of user does not see an Express Interest button next to the tender.
To participate in procurement opportunities, suppliers are required to register via the registration process dedicated to suppliers.
To have the Trade Promotion Organization account deleted, contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
Suppliers attempting to access individual consultant-only opportunities (or vice-versa)
Some opportunities are specifically open to either suppliers or individual consultants. Use the filters available to make sure the procurement opportunity is open for your type of account.
