1. Familiarize oneself with the different UN organizations’ procurement needs and procedures
UN organizations fulfil different mandates and therefore have different requirements for goods and services. Suppliers are advised to familiarize themselves with the UN market and identify the most relevant UN organizations for their activities.

2. Create a supplier's account on UNGM and activate the account
Once familiar with the UN market, suppliers are advised to create an account on UNGM. To create an account, suppliers must have provided the company's business license number and a valid email address.
For more information, read the: How to register on UNGM? article.
3. Complete the registration at the Basic level
Once the account has been created and activated, suppliers are required to complete the registration at the Basic level. This registration only requires suppliers to provide general information about the company. No documentation is required at this registration level.
For more information, read the: What are the requirements for registration on UNGM? and How to complete the registration form at the Basic level? articles.
4. Participate in UN procurement opportunities
Once the registration has been completed, suppliers may start to participate in UN procurement opportunities.
