The registration on UNGM is available to suppliers interested in doing business with the United Nations.
It is open to incorporated companies which provide market-ready products and/or services. For more information, read the: What is the registration process on UNGM? article.
Details of the information and requirements for each level are available below:
Requirements for registration at the Basic level (mandatory registration level)

Acknowledgement of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct.

Information about the supplier (company name, licence number, address, contact details ...).

Information about the countries where the supplier conducts business.

Classification of the supplier's goods and services according to the UNSPSC code classification system.

Completion of the Declaration of eligibility.
Requirements for registration at Level 1 (non-mandatory registration level)

Prerequisite: registration at the Basic level.

Certificate of incorporation or equivalent document verifying legal status/capacity in English. If the language of the document is not English, a certified translation of the document in English should be provided.

Contact information of three independent and non-affiliated references, preferably recent clients.

Name of owners and principals (including the parent company, subsidiaries/affiliates, CEO/Managing Director, and those with controlling interests, if applicable).

Name of intermediaries, agents and/or consultants, (if any) used in relation to United Nations contracts or bids/proposals.
Requirements for registration at Level 2 (non-mandatory registration level)

Prerequisite: registration at the Basic level and Level 1.

Prerequisite: the supplier needs to have been established for a minimum of 3 years.

Reference letters from three independent and recent non-affiliated clients. If the language of the document is not English, the certified translation of the document in English should be provided.

Financial documents (audited/certified financial statements or equivalent) for the last three years. If the language of the document is not English, the certified translation of the document in English should be provided.
