What is Quantum?
The Quantum Supplier Portal is the e-procurement platform used by several UN organizations to manage procurement processes. The organizations currently using Quantum are the following:
- ICAO
- UN Women
- UNCDF
- UNDP
- UNFPA
- UNITAR
- UNSSC
- UNU
- UNV
- WMO
Is Quantum connected to UNGM?
No, the Quantum Supplier Portal is not integrated with UNGM. While users may see procurement opportunities published on UNGM, the tender process itself takes place on the Quantum platform.
That is the reason why the Express interest button is greyed out. When logged in, users may hover the mouse over the button to understand why it has been disabled.
To participate in a tender, suppliers should read the description of the notice and follow the instructions provided under the Links or Documents tab.
