Suppliers who register on UNGM may be required to complete different registration levels depending on the organizations they wish to do business with and the procurement opportunities they wish to participate in.
Basic level
The Basic level is the common registration level for suppliers and is required by most organizations.
Completing the Basic level allows the supplier's profile to become visible to UN staff members when sourcing potential suppliers.
Registration at Level 1
Additional registration level
Level 1 provides additional information about the supplier's legal status, ownership, management structure, intermediaries and previous clients.
Registration at Level 2
Additional registration level
Level 2 builds on the information provided at Level 1 and includes additional evidence of the supplier's experience and financial capacity.
To register at Level 2, suppliers must have been established for at least three years.
UNGM automatically enables Level 1 and/or Level 2 registration for organizations that require these additional levels. The registration level required for a specific procurement opportunity is indicated in the opportunity details.
For more information about the information and documents required at each registration level, read the: What are the requirements for registration on UNGM? article.
