Individual Consultants interested in working with the International Labour Organization (ILO) are encouraged to ensure their accounts are created and updated in accordance with the following criteria:
1. When creating an account, specifically select the Join as individual consultant tile. For more information, read the: How to create an individual consultant account on UNGM? article.
2. Then, select Individual Consultant under the type field:
If a supplier account has already been created, users may create an Individual Consultant account with a different valid email address.
3. After the account has been created and activated, Individual Consultants must complete the registration form. For more information, read the: How do individual consultants complete the registration form? article. Keep in mind that:
In Step 1, provide an official ID number (such as a Tax ID number) to uniquely identify the account.
- In Step 4, Types of Services, select only the codes listed under J - Services, and do not select codes for physical goods or equipment, as they do not apply to Individual Consultant profiles registered with ILO.
For more information, read the: How to select UNSPSC codes? article.
3. Check under My Submission Statuses to ensure that the status with ILO is Registered.
How to update the individual consultant registration?
At any point in time, Individual Consultants may edit the information provided in the registration. The steps to be followed are similar to the ones followed by suppliers: How to update the information provided in the registration form?
Changes to the profile, such as updating the business type or codes, will be reflected in the database automatically once saved.
How to participate in ILO procurement opportunities?
