Completing the registration at Basic level is a necessary step to be visible to staff members when sourcing individual consultants and to participate in procurement opportunities.
To complete the registration form, log in to your UNGM account, click on Registration at Basic Level in the navigation menu, and complete all sections.
General information
Under this section, provide general information about yourself.

The First name, Middle name, and Surname must match your official ID document.
- The License number is used to uniquely identify the account. Provide an official ID number, such as a tax ID number.
Once the General step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to the next section.
Address
Under this section, provide your address and post office box information.
Once the Adress step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to the next section.
Scope
Under this section, provide information about countries or territories in which you prefer to do business.

National: to do business only in the country or territory as indicated in the previous step as part of your address.

International: to do business outside the borders of the country or territory, as indicated in the previous step as part of your address. Individual Consultants are advised to include their own country in the list.
Once the Scope step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to the next section.
Goods and services
Under this section, provide information about your activity by classifying the goods and/or services you provide according to the UNSPSC code classification.

When selecting multiple codes, the total count will display on the save and continue button.
Once the Goods and services step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to the next section.
Declaration of Eligibility
Under this section, review the seven statements and select the most appropriate option.
Once the Declaration of Eligibility step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to complete the registration.
3. The registration is now complete.
The submission statuses with organizations may be visible under Manage submissions. Once the profile is registered with at least one organization, it will become visible to all staff members.
