How to register as an International Organization staff member on UNGM?

Important information: Users must verify that the International Organization (IO) they represent is a member of UNGM. If uncertain, please contact UNGM for clarification.

How to create an International Organization staff member account?

If the IO is included in the dropdown list, a staff member account can be created on UNGM.

It is recommended that users whitelist or approve registry@ungm.org and no-reply@ungm.org in their email settings to ensure proper receipt of system messages. Then, follow these steps:

1.  Go to the UNGM site. IO staff members are advised to use Google Chrome as a web browser to navigate the site.

At the top right corner of the page, click on the Register button.

2.  Click on the Join as IO staff member tile.

 

3.  Read the Standards of Conduct for the International Civil Service and click on the Accept and continue button.

 

4.  Complete the registration form and click on the Register button. Ensure that the email address domain corresponds to the organization selected in the organization field.

 

5.  IO staff members will be required to activate the account.

 

6.  Check the work email inbox and look for the Account Activation email. Open the email and click on the Activate my account button.

 

7.  The account has been successfully activated.
