Completing the registration at Basic level is a necessary step to be visible to staff members when sourcing implementing partners and to participate in procurement opportunities.
To complete the registration form at Basic level, follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on Registration at Basic Level in the navigation menu.
2. Complete the registration form step by step.
General information
Under this section, provide general information about the entity that will serve as the implementing partner.
The Registration document is a mandatory field. To learn how to upload documents, read the: How to upload documents in UNGM? article.
Complete the General information, Contact information, and Disability inclusion areas. Once the General step has been completed, click on Save and continue to move to the next section.
Address
Under this section, provide your address and post office box information.
Once the Address step has been completed, click on Save and continue to move to the next section.
Scope
Under this section, provide information about countries or territories in which implementing partners prefer to carry out projects.

National: to carry out projects only in the country or territory, as indicated in the previous step as part of your address.

International: to carry out projects outside the borders of the country or territory, as indicated in the previous step as part of your address. Implementing partners are advised to include their own country in the list.
Once the Scope step has been completed, click on Save and continue to move to the next section.
Contacts
Under this section, implementing partners are required to provide their contact information and add other contacts if necessary (similar to the supplier account process).
To invite additional contacts to the account, go to the Invited contacts section and click on the Invite a contact button.
Once the Contacts step has been completed, click on Save and continue to move to the next section.
Goods and services
Under this section, provide information about the activities of the implementing partner by classifying the goods and services according to the UNSPSC code classification.

Once the Goods and services step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to the next section.
Declaration of Eligibility
Under this section, review the seven statements and select the most appropriate option.
Once the Declaration of Eligibility step has been completed, click on Save and Continue to move to complete the registration.
2. The registration is now complete.
The registration statuses with organizations may be visible under Manage submissions. Once the profile is registered with at least one organization, it will become visible to all staff members.
