What is the UNGM Inbox?
UNGM provides Trade Promotion Organizations with an inbox on UNGM. The UNGM Inbox is a repository of messages that have been received or sent through UNGM such as:

UNGM system emails

Business seminars' correspondence
The Trade Promotion Organizations Inbox may be used only to read UNGM-related correspondence.
How to access the inbox?
Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on the envelope icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
How to use the UNGM Inbox?
1. Click on either Received items or Sent items to access the corresponding folder.
2. Messages are displayed on the screen and are sorted by date. Click on the message to open it.
To search for specific messages, use the filter options.
How to reply to a message?
To reply to a message, click on Reply in the right-hand side of the screen.
To have a message resent to your Trade Promotion Organization email, click on the Resend button in the right-hand side of the screen.
TIP:

The number displayed in the envelope icon refers to the number of received messages, regardless of their read or unread status.

Messages cannot be deleted, marked as read or marked as unread.
