If a contact has been removed from his/her UNGM account by mistake, the access to the account can be easily reinstated.
If the UNGM account contains more than one contact, the removed contact should request one of his/her colleagues having access to the UNGM account to invite him/her to the account. For more information, read the: How to add contacts to the supplier's account? article.
If the contact does not know the other colleagues having access to his/her UNGM account, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Center. The following information should be provided when contacting UNGM:

Business license number

Country in which the company/entity is established
