This error message informs that the provided email address might be incorrect or not recognized by UNGM.
To resolve this login issue, please follow these steps:
1. Look for typos
Ensure that the email address and password do not contain any typos and that no space was added before or after the email address. If the issue is not solved after completing step 1., move to step 2.
2. Clear cookies in the browser
Consider deleting existing cookies and clearing the cache in the internet browser. Also, suppliers are recommended to use the latest version of Google Chrome. If the issue is not solved after completing step 2., move to step 3.
3. Contact UNGM
The login issue may be related to the account's email address. Either the provided email is incorrect or there is no UNGM account registered with this email address. In either case, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
Password is incorrect
When logging into their UNGM account, suppliers may also experience the following error message: 'The password is incorrect, please try again'.
This error message informs that the provided password is incorrect.
To resolve these login issues, please follow these steps:
1. Reset the password
The login issue may be related to the password. Try to reset the password by following the instructions given in the: How to reset or change the account's password? article. If the issue is not solved after completing step 1., move to step 2.
2. Clear cookies in the browser

3. Contact UNGM
