When logging into their UNGM account, suppliers may experience the following error message: 'Invalid login attempt. Either the email or the password is incorrect'.
This error message informs that either the provided email address or the password is incorrect.
To resolve login issues, please follow these steps:
1. Look for typos
Ensure that the email address and password do not contain any typos and that no space was added before or after the email address. If the issue is not solved after completing step 1., move to step 2.
2. Reset the password
The login issue may be related to the password. Try to reset the password by following the instructions given in the: How to reset or change the account's password? article. If the issue is not solved after completing step 2., move to step 3.
3. Contact UNGM
The login issue may be related to the account's email address. Either the provided email is incorrect or there is no UNGM account registered with this email address. In either case, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
Suppliers are kindly asked to not register again.
