To modify the account's email address used to access the UNGM account, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and log into your UNGM account using email address and password.
In case the contact email (email address) to access the account has been forgotten or is unknown, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Center.
2. Click on Account and then on Settings.
3. Under Change email address, provide the new email address and click Change email address.
The activation email will automatically be resent to the new email address.
4. Access the inbox corresponding to the new email address. Click on Change my email address to confirm the new email address. Please note, the link can only be used once.
