To modify the account's email address used to access the UNGM account, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on Account and then on Settings.
In case the contact email (email address) to access the account has been forgotten or is unknown, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Center.
2. Under Change email address, provide the new email address and click Change email address.
The activation email will automatically be resent to the new email address.
3. Access the inbox corresponding to the new email address. Click on Change my email address to confirm the new email address. Please note, the link can only be used once.
