Users may reset their password at any time. Suppliers and individual consultants are advised to whitelist or approve registry@ungm.org and no-reply@ungm.org to the sender's list in their inbox.
To reset or change the account's password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and access the Log in page.
2. Click on the Forgotten password? link.
3. Provide the contact email (email address) used upon account creation. Click on the Submit button.
4. An automated email will be sent to your email address.
5. Click on the Reset my password button received by email to reset the password.
6. Provide your Contact email (email address), create a new password and confirm the new password.
Click on the Change password button.
7. The new password is now saved. Log in to the UNGM account using the newly created password.
