To troubleshoot issues when responding to calls from the International Labour Organization (ILO), Individual Consultants (ICs) should follow these steps:
1. Verification of registration criteria
Ensure the account is active and configured according to the following requirements:
Confirm the account is registered as an Individual Consultant.
Under the Type section, ensure Individual Consultant is selected.
In step four of the registration process, select only J - Services. Do not select goods.
Verify that the submission status shows as Registered with the ILO.
For more information, read the: I am registered as an Individual Consultant but not with ILO. How can this be resolved? article.
2. Resolving Express Interest button issues
Once registration is confirmed, procurement opportunities become accessible.
If the Express Interest button on the ILO call is blue and active, this is the correct behavior.
If the Express Interest button is greyed out:
Re-verify the registration criteria listed in section 1.
- If the issue persists despite correct settings, hover over the button to see why it is unresponsive.
Contact UNGM support for technical assistance.
For more information, read the: How to solve issues to express interest in a procurement opportunity? article.
3. Understanding the e-tendering process
Once the Express Interest button has been clicked and the ILO Jaggaer portal has been accessed, any issues encountered must be addressed directly with Jaggaer support. This includes issues such as:
Problems downloading documents.
Issues uploading a proposal.
Technical system errors on the Jaggaer portal.
Clarifications about the tender content itself, etc.
