To modify the email address used to access the Trade Promotion Organization's account, please follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on Account and then on Settings.
In case the email address to access the account has been forgotten or is unknown, Trade Promotion Organizations are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Center.
2. Under Change email address, provide the new email address and click Change email address.
3. The activation email will automatically be resent to the new email address. Click on OK.
4. Open the "UNGM | Change of email address" email and click on the link provided to confirm the new email address and activate the UNGM account. Please note, the link can only be used once.
