When a bank transfer payment for the Tender Alert Service is submitted on UNGM, the following information message will be displayed in the supplier's account:
A bank transfer notification was created earlier, but the funds have not been received yet. Thus, the Tender Alert Service has not been activated. If needed, this notification can be canceled to choose a new payment method.
Should you have any questions about an actual transfer and delay in activation, contact us using the contact form from the Help Centre. To assist us in identifying the payment, provide your UNGM number and proof of payment.
In case suppliers have completed the bank transfer submission form by mistake, or if they would prefer to pay for the Tender Alert Service subscription by Credit Card, this pending payment can be canceled.
To cancel this pending payment notice, go to My Tender Alert Service (TAS) in the navigation menu. Then go to the Payment tab and click on the Cancel transfer button.
