Payment by Credit Card
When the UNGM Pro is paid for by credit card or debit card, the payment is processed immediately, and the service is automatically activated.
This payment method is recurring, so there is no need to manually renew the service.
Payment by Bank Transfer
When the one-time payment for the UNGM Pro is made by bank transfer, the service will not be activated immediately.
It will only be activated once the UNGM Team has reviewed the payment, which typically takes about one week. If the payment has been made during a promotional campaign, the activation process may take a little longer.
This payment method is non-recurring, so manual renewal of the service will be required.
How to change the payment method from Bank Transfer to Credit Card?
If suppliers have completed the bank transfer submission form by mistake, or if suppliers prefer to pay by credit card, the pending payment can be canceled.
To do so, suppliers should go to My UNGM Pro in the navigation menu and then to the Plan tab. To remove this notification, click on the Cancel transfer button.
