When resetting the password, suppliers may experience the following error message 'We could not find a UNGM account associated with this email'.
In this case, suppliers are advised to:
Ensure that the email address provided in the field does not contain any typos and/or;
Ensure that no space was added before or after the email address.
If the system still does not recognize the email address, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
Suppliers are kindly asked to not register again.
