A Tender Alert Service subscription may be cancelled at any time upon request. Suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form on UNGM to request the cancellation of their subscription.
Suppliers are advised that the subscription fee or any part thereof will not be refunded. For more information, read the: What is the refund policy regarding the Tender Alert Service? article.
In case the subscription needs to be transferred, read the: How to transfer a Tender Alert Service subscription from one account to another in the case of duplicate accounts? article.
TIP: if a bank transfer has been created by mistake, or if the supplier decides to change the method of payment, this pending bank transfer can be cancelled. To do that, go to the TAS Payment tab at the Tender Alert Service section and click on the Cancel transfer blue button.
