Submission statuses on UNGM refer to the evaluation of the suppliers, individual consultants, or implementing partners' account information at a specific level. This evaluation is conducted by organizations, not the UNGM team.
Users may click on My Submissions Statuses on the navigation menu to see the current status of their account with the organizations. When in doubt, click on the (i) icon to read the definition of the status.
Registered
The registration has been evaluated and approved.
The registered status indicates that the profile is now visible to staff members when sourcing for potential suppliers, individual consultants, or implementing partners.
Registered does not imply pre-qualified.
Submitted
The organization has received the information provided in the submission form.
Submissions for Level 1 and 2 will be evaluated as part of a tendering process, which means that suppliers, individual consultants, or implementing partners are able to participate in procurement opportunities despite the status of these submissions remaining submitted.
In progress
The submission is currently being reviewed and evaluated by the organization.
At this stage, the submission form may not be amended. On average, the review and evaluation process may take up to 10 working days from submission to finalization.
If a user needs to edit the information provided urgently, contact UNGM using the contact form.
Profile to update
The submission has been reviewed and evaluated by an organization, and some information has been found to be insufficient, incorrect, or obsolete.
An email from the organization will be sent to your email address to inform you about the required changes.
Once the submission has been amended, the form needs to be resubmitted.
Sanctioned
This supplier, individual consultant, or implementing partner is ineligible to do business with organizations, i.e., cannot participate in procurement opportunities.
The main purpose is to ensure that other organizations are aware of those who have behaved in an unethical or irresponsible manner, and that the organization as a whole is protected against potential financial and reputational risk.
If an account has been sanctioned, this yellow warning message will appear when accessing the Registration at Basic Level. Moreover, the account will not be able to access My Submissions Statuses.
Resubmitted
After some edits, the submission has been submitted once again for evaluation. It will be reviewed and reevaluated by the organization, not the UNGM team.
On average, the review and evaluation process may take up to 10 working days from submission to finalization.
Unmatched
The submission to organizations is dependent on the matching of products and services between the suppliers, individual consultants, or implementing partners' profiles and the organization.
- Organizations may sometimes change their requirements over time
- Businesses may also redefine their products and services
If any changes lead to the profile no longer matching an organization’s requirements, the status will become Unmatched.
Withdrawn
The submission to the organization has been removed by the supplier, individual consultant, or implementing partner. It may be resubmitted after it has been withdrawn.
Declined
The submission has been declined based on the information provided in the form.
In the majority of cases, the submission is declined when the products and/or services do not match those procured by the organizations.
It may also be declined by organizations that operate in very specific countries/areas, where a supplier, individual consultant, or implementing partner does not do business.
In some cases, it can also be that an organization has very specific rules and regulations with regard to the number of years which a business has been established, to be considered for a contract.
Users are recommended to contact UNGM when the submission at the Basic Level is declined.
