Users may reset their password at any time. Suppliers are advised to whitelist or approve registry@ungm.org and no-reply@ungm.org to the sender's list in their inbox.
To reset or change the account's password, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and access the Login page.
2. Click on Forgotten password?.
3. Provide the contact email (email address) used upon account creation. Click on Submit.
4. An automated email will be sent to your email address.
5. Click on the Reset my password button received by email to reset the password.
6. Provide your Contact email (email address), create a new password and confirm the new password.
Click on Change password.
7. The new password is now saved. Log into the UNGM account using the newly created password.
