When a bank transfer payment for the Tender Alert Service is submitted on UNGM, the following yellow message will be displayed in the supplier's account: 'A bank transfer notification was created earlier. The funds have not been received by UNGM, and therefore the Tender Alert Service was not activated. The notification can be cancelled to chose a new payment method. If you have any questions about an actual transfer and delay in activation, please contact us via the Help Centre. Please provide proof of payment to assist us in identifying the payment'.
In case suppliers have completed the bank transfer submission form by mistake, or if they would prefer to pay for the Tender Alert Service subscription by Card, this pending payment can be cancelled.
To do that, go to the Payment tab under My TAS and click on the Cancel transfer blue button.
