When a bank transfer payment for UNGM Pro is submitted on UNGM, the following information message will be displayed in the supplier's account:
A bank transfer notification was created earlier, but the funds have not been received yet. Thus, UNGM Pro has not been activated yet. If needed, this notification can be canceled to choose a new payment method.
Should you have any questions about an actual transfer and delay in activation, contact us using the contact form from the Help Centre. To assist us in identifying the payment, provide your UNGM number and proof of payment.
If suppliers have completed the bank transfer submission form by mistake, or if suppliers prefer to pay by credit card, the pending payment can be canceled.
To do so, suppliers should go to My UNGM Pro in the navigation menu and then to the Plan tab. To remove this notification, click on the Cancel transfer button.
