In case suppliers have more than one account on UNGM and an active UNGM Pro needs to be transferred from one account to another, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
UNGM will proceed as follows:

Review the case.

Transfer the subscription from one account to the other.

Undertake the deletion of the duplicate account on the supplier's behalf.
The duration of the subscription will remain the same. However, the service details such as UNSPSC codes and contacts may not be migrated from one account to another. Therefore, the supplier will be required to update these service details in the remaining account.
