In case suppliers have more than one account on UNGM and a Tender Alert Service subscription needs to be transferred from one account to another, suppliers are advised to contact UNGM using the contact form in the Help Centre.
UNGM will review the request and proceed as follows:

UNGM will review the case and transfer the Tender Alert Service subscription from one account to the other.

UNGM will also undertake the deletion of the duplicate(s) account(s) on the supplier's behalf and transfer the contact(s) from one account to another, if necessary.
The duration of the Tender Alert Service subscription will remain the same. However, the subscription details such as UNSPSC codes and contacts may not be migrated from one account to another. Therefore, the supplier will be required to update these subscription details in the remaining account.
