The UN Supplier Code of Conduct includes the following core principles:
Suppliers may not engage in corrupt practices.
Suppliers must disclose information on any situation that may appear to present a conflict of interest.
The UN has a zero-tolerance policy with regards to the acceptance of gifts or hospitality.
The UN set restrictions on the employment by suppliers of former UN staff members.
