To add contacts to the Tender Alert Service (TAS), follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on My UNGM Pro in the navigation menu.
2. Go to the Contacts tab.
3. Manage the contacts of the TAS.
- Add or remove a contact. By default, all users from the supplier account will be ticked. Select or unselect users as needed.
- Add a new contact by clicking on the Invite a user button.
Provide the contact's email address, select the contact's preferred language, and add a personalized message. Click on Send invitation and an automated email will be sent to the new contact.
The invitee will receive an invitation email to join the existing supplier account. The new contact must click on the Accept invitation button to access UNGM, provide the required information, and then click Save.
