To add contacts to the Tender Alert Service (TAS) subscription, follow these steps:
1. Go to the UNGM site and log into your account using your email address and password.
2. Click on My Tender Alert Service (TAS) in the navigation menu.
3. Go to the Contacts tab.
4. Manage the contacts of the TAS subscription.
- Add or remove a contact. By default, all users from the supplier account will be ticked. Select or unselect users as needed.
- Add a new contact by clicking on the Invite a user button.
Provide the contact's email address, select the contact's preferred language, and add a personalized message. Click on Send invitation and an automated email will be sent to the new contact.
