As an individual consultant, submitting and managing your registration with UN organizations on UNGM is essential to access relevant procurement opportunities.
To manage registration submissions with different organizations, follow these steps:
1. Once logged in to your UNGM account, click on My Submissions Statuses in the navigation menu.
If Autosubmission is enabled (set by default under Settings), registrations will automatically be submitted to organizations upon completing the 6-step process. In My Submission Statuses, individual consultants can view their active submissions.
If the Authorize checkbox in the Autosubmissions section is not checked, individual consultants will need to submit their registration to each organization manually. To do so, go to My Submission Statuses, My ready-to-submit submissions section, and click on the Submit button next to each organization.
For more information, we recommend the: What is the auto-submission option in the settings? article.
2. Each organization to which the registration has been submitted will be listed, along with its current status. The most common statuses are the following:
- Submitted: The submission is under review by the organization.
- Registered: Your registration has been accepted.
- Withdrawn: Your submission has been withdrawn, and your account is currently not registered with this organization. Individual consultants may Resubmit this registration at any time.
For more details, read the: What are the registration statuses, and what do they mean? article.
Note: We recommend reviewing the profile information and making sure it is complete and up to date before submitting or resubmitting.
