The Opportunity Search Plus features are designed to simplify workflow, provide quick access to essential information, and help stay on top of the most relevant procurement opportunities.
1) Save Searches in the Procurement Opportunity Search
This feature saves time and effort by eliminating the need to re-enter search parameters each time. Saved searches can be revisited to see the latest relevant opportunities.
To save searches, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Procurement Opportunities page, conduct a search using preferred criteria, and click on the Save this search dropdown.
2. Name the search for easy identification and future use and click on the Save button.
3. To share the saved searches with colleagues having access to the UNGM account, check the box next to Share.
4. Saved searches can be removed at any time by clicking on the Delete button.
2) Set Default Criteria in the Procurement Opportunities Search
This feature provides immediate access to the most pertinent opportunities, streamlining the search process.
To set default search criteria, follow these steps:
1. After saving a search, click on My saved searches.
2. Check the box next to Set this as the default search. The default criteria will automatically populate each time the Procurement Opportunities page is accessed.
3) Save Procurement Opportunities for Future Reference
This feature helps keep track of important opportunities for convenient review and prompt action, thereby ensuring no crucial details are overlooked.
To save procurement opportunities, follow these steps:
1. Find a procurement opportunity of interest. Click on this grey symbol.
2. To check saved tenders, click on the Saved procurement opportunities button from the Procurement Opportunities search.

3. To un-save a procurement opportunity, click on this green icon.
4) Direct Copy and Paste Information from Opportunities
This feature ensures all necessary details are captured accurately, reducing the likelihood of errors in records and communications.
To directly copy-paste information, follow these steps:
1. Open a procurement opportunity of interest.
2. Highlight the required information. Use the copy function (Ctrl+C or Command+C) and paste the information directly into documents or applications (Ctrl+V or Command+V).
